that's really interesting, it seems as though google does everything!!!  Does this come with the google cappuccino feature as well?  LoL.  very neat post, thank you for the update.

Very good thing to have...

Let's put this into perspective.

You have 10 computers running Microsoft office. Upgrades cost how much per year?  On each one?

With google docs.  No more upgrade fees and everyone has access to the system in your company.  No one has to shell out hundreds of dollars for software.  All have the same system, all are compatible and all can be shared and worked on together.

Not to mention... What happens when you fire your IT person or company?  Who admins your email now?  You should be doing that in the first place.  With Google Apps.

This is the central point for all communications for the office.  Docs, presentations, office spreadsheets, email, instant messeging and more.

Your company needs this system if you have more than one agent.

Calendars are shared between one or all. Upto U.

Buy a new dot com to run your new email system.  I can even integrate several different emails from different domains into the same account.
