Real Estate IDX Blog

Who wants FREE IDX?

Okay let's say I built a system that would allow you to have your listings automatically updated daily with fantastic image shows, maps, and all kinds of really cool features?  Would you participate in a program that was fully financed by banner ads from the google network?

You could have all listings online with you as the contact and links to your site.  Even your photo and company logo for free.

I have it ready to go and would like your input.  What are your concerns and ideas on features.

I have a working prototype that will be released to the public soon.  I need some serious agents that want to build a serious network of real estate professionals.

You can have your listings online in a matter of minutes once I add your MLS data to the system.

Basic right now.  I will be adding more features as I get more input.  Adding your IDX may take up to a week depending on how many need to be added each day.  After that it will update daily.

very interisted, it sounds to good to be true.    I have often wondered why a system like this did not already exist.    I am interested!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brian,

I'll be interested to see what you have going.  It's a good idea.  I really think more exposure is good, I just don't have the time to add one more step to my listing processing trail.  If this is automatice - almost! it willbe good.
